Role Overview
The District Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a strong district-level sales program that delivers consistent performance and supports long-term growth. The position involves building and guiding the district sales team, winning local accounts, and strengthening business expansion across the territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement the district sales strategy to win A, B, and C accounts.
- Build, roll out, and track the district sales plan.
- Define key performance indicators and use them to measure execution of the sales plan.
- Independently manage at least ten personal target accounts.
- Develop personal business while also supporting District Sales Executives in the field.
- Track DSE sales activity, leads, and revenue performance by customer.
- Coordinate account handover and review with operations to support retention of new business.
- Work with operations to drive product launches and blitz programs.
- Coach and support direct reports for both professional and personal development.
- Lead scorecard reviews for each District Sales Executive.
- Periodically review team goals and sales plans to maintain alignment and accountability.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good listening ability and strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to motivate and influence teams.
- High emotional intelligence and adaptability.
- Capability in strategic planning and solving problems.
- Analytical mindset with strong presentation skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong grasp of sales and business development principles.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent business-related qualification.
- At least 5 years of progressive management experience.
