Overview
A power and infrastructure employer in Saudi Arabia is hiring a Distribution Transformer Design Engineer for a reputed transformer company. This role is focused on electrical design work for distribution transformers and is open only to candidates from India.

Role Summary
The company is seeking an experienced electrical design professional to support distribution transformer design activities. The opportunity is for 10 openings and is intended for professionals with a strong background in transformer manufacturing and related design standards.
Requirements
- BE / B.Tech qualification in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 7 years of experience in distribution transformer design within a reputed transformer manufacturing company.
- Hands-on experience with foil winding, hermetically sealed transformers, and conservator-type transformers.
- Exposure to transformer design work aligned with IEC and ANSI standards.
Skills and Technical Exposure
Relevant technical exposure includes electrical design, transformer design, power distribution systems, electromagnetic field analysis, thermal analysis, NEC, IEC standards, AutoCAD, PowerWorld, short-circuit analysis, and load-flow studies.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary is negotiable in SAR. The employer notes that a very attractive compensation package and additional benefits will be provided.
