Position overview
In this role, you will take charge of the central scheduling of employees and make sure staffing runs smoothly across daily operations. The position is based in Bad Schwalbach, Hesse, Germany and is designed for someone who can balance planning, coordination, and quick problem-solving.
Key responsibilities
- Own the central allocation and deployment of staff across operational needs.
- Prepare and coordinate duty, shift, and vacation schedules while following legal requirements and internal rules.
- Respond quickly to unexpected staffing gaps, stay composed, and develop practical short-term solutions.
- Act as the link between management, the vehicle fleet team, and supervisors to keep day-to-day business running efficiently.
- Serve as the main contact for on-site teams regarding shifts, assignments, and scheduling matters.
Profile
- Completed commercial or organizational training, preferably with a background in logistics or human resources.
- Solid experience in workforce planning, dispatching, or work preparation.
- Ability to make decisions, remain calm under pressure, and act with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Confident communicator who can assert priorities respectfully and with a people-focused approach.
- Good command of MS Office and familiarity with common dispatch or time-tracking systems.
