Role overview
Specsavers Ennis in County Clare is looking for a Dispensing Optician to join its customer-focused clinic. The position is based on site and can be offered either full time or part time, with a salary of up to €45,000 depending on experience.
The practice is looking for someone with prior experience in an optician setting who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care and supporting a loyal local customer base. This role sits close to the heart of the store, with responsibility not only for dispensing but also for contributing to the wider management and growth of the business.
Key responsibilities
You will represent the clinic on the shop floor and play an important part in day-to-day store operations. The role involves working closely with optometrists to ensure every customer receives a smooth and consistent handover, handling aftersales issues in a calm and customer-first way, and using effective sales techniques to help meet both personal and team targets.
