Key accountabilities

  • Own the PMO function by setting governance models, delivery standards, methods, KPIs, tools, and reporting practices.
  • Put repeatable delivery practices in place across customer implementations and internal initiatives.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, including risks, interdependencies, staffing, and delivery results.
  • Act as the main escalation contact for delivery challenges and help resolve issues across teams.
