Role Overview

The organization is seeking a Director, Event Management to lead the events function and help drive revenue, service excellence, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Head the Events Management team and work with the Singapore Centre of Excellence Sales Leaders to meet overall events sales revenue targets.
  • Coordinate closely across Hotel Operations, COE Sales, Global Sales Office, and sister hotels to support business expansion and deliver top-tier event services.
  • Create and roll out training and development initiatives that strengthen the capability and effectiveness of the Events team.
  • Share practical recommendations and feedback with operations teams to raise service standards, improve workflows, and lift efficiency.
  • Set annual banquet and catering revenue budgets, define profitable pricing approaches, and prepare monthly event profit and loss reports to track financial results.
  • Make sure every guest touchpoint and event experience reflects a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver memorable events and outstanding service through strong planning, execution, and team coordination.
