Role Overview
This role focuses on direct customer acquisition and relationship management for financial products. The position involves regular client interactions, lead follow-up, product explanation, cross-selling, renewals, and disciplined adherence to sales, compliance, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct daily sales conversations focused on financial planning with prospective clients.
- Build the customer base and work toward the assigned premium collection target.
- Explain product features and details clearly to customers.
- Work on company-provided leads for fresh business and cross-sell opportunities.
- Sell additional products to current customers and help expand customer portfolios.
- Maintain customer relationships to support policy continuation and renewals.
- Follow sales systems, underwriting rules, operational procedures, compliance norms, and accurate data entry requirements.
- Deliver the sales and financial KPIs assigned to the role.
- Comply with the company’s sales process, AML and KYC standards, code of conduct, and internal rules.
Primary Mandates
- The applicant must hold a graduate degree.
- For candidates without a graduation degree, a minimum of 2 years of sales experience is required.
- Preferred age range is 22 to 35 years.
- The candidate should have lived in the hiring city for at least 3 years.
- A valid two-wheeler and driving licence are mandatory.
