About the Company
CrowdVentures is a founder-backed business dedicated to creating leading companies in live event technology. This position will support the marketing efforts for CrowdSync and CrowdPass, two organizations serving major sports teams, artists, and brands with event technology solutions.
The team operates in a fast-moving environment and is looking for someone who can help shape memorable experiences while driving measurable business growth.
Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will take ownership of demand generation and brand visibility for the company’s event technology products, including controllable LED wristbands and NFC/RFID wearables. The role spans the complete digital marketing journey, from building awareness to generating qualified leads, and requires close coordination with sales and leadership to position technical products as clear B2B value propositions.
Responsibilities
- Design, run, and improve paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant B2B advertising channels.
- Handle campaign budgets, audience targeting, creative experimentation, and performance analysis.
- Generate qualified business leads and work toward reducing cost per lead while improving conversion efficiency.
- Lead SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page improvements, technical optimization, and content planning.
- Review search rankings, traffic trends, and conversion data, then apply insights to strengthen results.
- Partner on content initiatives that support inbound lead generation and sales priorities.
- Oversee website structure, design revisions, and content updates to improve user experience, conversion performance, and message clarity.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders or outside designers and developers to launch landing pages, forms, and product-related updates.
- Maintain consistent branding and strong articulation of value across all digital web assets.
- Develop and update sales materials such as one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, product sheets, and email templates.
- Work with the sales team to ensure collateral supports the buyer journey and responds to common objections.
- Convert technical product features into persuasive business benefits for event professionals and other decision-makers.
- Plan and manage a B2B social media approach across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other suitable platforms.
- Publish content that showcases product features, event applications, client success stories, and brand personality.
- Measure engagement and content performance, then adjust the strategy to support awareness and lead-generation goals.
- Track key metrics across all digital marketing channels and prepare regular performance reporting.
- Use data to guide priorities, refine strategy, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3 to 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within B2B, SaaS, event technology, or a similar space.
