The role
Based in Brackley, UK, this position is for a creative Digital Designer to join the design team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on creating engaging digital content across a variety of channels and supporting wider business needs with polished visual output.
You will work on different creative briefs and produce high-quality video, motion-led content, and digital assets. The team is looking for someone with a strong portfolio, original thinking, and the flexibility to perform in a busy environment while still meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work.
Key responsibilities
- Cut, edit, and build video content with Adobe Premiere Pro and motion design software.
- Develop motion graphic elements such as animated titles, transitions, lower-thirds, visual effects, and colour treatment.
- Produce visuals for live screens, LED installations, and event-based environments.
- Adapt creative work for different formats, channels, and platform requirements.
- Improve, refresh, and refine existing digital materials.
- Keep all output aligned with brand rules and the established visual identity.
About you
The ideal candidate should be able to take a creative idea from concept through to final delivery. Strong technical ability with Adobe Creative Suite is essential, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
You should already have experience creating video, motion graphics, and digital assets for different platforms, along with a solid grasp of editing principles, timing, storytelling, sound design, typography, and animation. Knowledge of video file formats, codecs, resolutions, and delivery specifications is also important.
You will need to understand current motion design trends and modern digital content styles, and bring a proactive, self-driven approach to the role. The team is looking for someone who works well under pressure, pays close attention to detail, communicates well with others, and has strong composition skills. A collaborative mindset, curiosity about new ideas and technologies, and excellent time management are key. Motorsport interest is not required.
Candidate profile
- Self-motivated and willing to contribute actively to the team.
- Enthusiastic about digital design, with a desire to grow and bring fresh ideas.
- Able to stay calm and effective when working to tight deadlines or under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for layout and composition.
- A team-oriented approach with a collaborative working style.
- Comfortable engaging with wider colleagues and contributing ideas openly.
- Portfolio should demonstrate creativity and original visual thinking.
- Keeps up with industry developments, tools, and emerging technologies.
- Shares knowledge to help the team continue pushing creative boundaries.
- Well organised with strong time-management skills.
