This role is designed for someone who understands creator culture and has hands-on experience in the beauty, lifestyle, culinary, and gaming spaces. The position combines client relationship management, campaign coordination, and digital strategy. You will work closely with creators, influencers, and other digital talent to manage partnerships, scheduling, performance tracking, and communication with brands and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Support digital-first talent such as influencers, creators, podcasters, and streamers across platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch.
  • Oversee brand collaborations and digital campaigns by managing timelines, deliverables, approvals, and payment-related coordination.
  • Observe social activity, platform trends, and audience insights to help shape growth and engagement recommendations.
  • Prepare pitch materials, campaign summaries, and talent one-sheets for prospective business opportunities.
  • Review campaign outcomes and build reports using data from social and analytics tools.
