Profile sought

The preferred candidate will have around 15+ years of relevant project engineering experience, with strong exposure to multidisciplinary engineering. Prior involvement in EPC, Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical projects is preferred. The role demands solid coordination, execution, and leadership capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engineering design and execution activities throughout the project life cycle.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet project scope, milestones, and timelines.
• Ensure engineering deliverables comply with project requirements, technical standards, and industry norms.
• Coordinate across project disciplines so that engineering inputs are integrated smoothly.
• Identify technical risks, evaluate their impact, and drive suitable mitigation actions.
• Guide, mentor, and support engineering team members to maintain delivery quality.

What you need to bring

• A B.Tech / B.E. degree in any specialization.
• Approximately 15+ years of relevant experience in project engineering or a closely related function.
• Strong leadership ability with experience in guiding technical teams.
• Good knowledge of project management practices and execution methods.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Ability to solve problems effectively and manage complex engineering issues.
