Role overview
As a Department Manager, you will guide, support, and motivate your team while helping build an inclusive workplace where collaboration and an entrepreneurial mindset can flourish. By working in line with the brand’s values, you will contribute to the success of your department, your store, and the wider business.
What you will do
- Steer the team to deliver an excellent customer journey by maintaining strong operational and visual presentation standards, while actively promoting and selling the products.
- Own the performance of your department and store area by reviewing sales results, spotting business opportunities, setting targets, and building action plans to improve results, profit, and stock efficiency.
- Oversee workforce planning, rota creation, and smooth opening and closing procedures.
- Hire, induct, and grow your team while encouraging a culture of inclusion, teamwork, learning, and innovation.
- Keep yourself informed about fashion trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to stay commercially sharp.
- Represent both yourself and the brand professionally in every customer interaction.
Who you will work with
You will be part of the store team, which brings the brand to life for customers. This includes roles such as Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Assistant Store Managers, Cash Office Responsible, and Delivery Responsible in larger stores. You will also collaborate with the wider Area Team across stores to exchange ideas and support shared success.

This is a full-time on-site position based in Mangaluru, Karnataka, India. The role reports to the Store Manager.
