Role overview
Primark is hiring a Department Manager for its Headford Road store in Galway. This is a permanent, full-time position working 5 days out of 7, with a salary of €52,559. The role sits in a fast-growing retail business that focuses on people, growth, and delivering great value to customers.

Key duties
- Work closely with the wider management team to keep the store operating smoothly day to day.
- Take responsibility for at least one store department, including ordering stock and ensuring strong merchandising standards.
- Guide a team of managers and set clear targets that help drive sales.
- Deliver high-quality customer service across the department.
- Use learning tools and career pathways to continue building your own skills and progression.
- When senior leaders are unavailable, take charge of the store during your shift.
