  • Work with the Account Management team to align on client expectations and priorities.
  • Maintain service quality and support daily account operations in line with the Scope of Work and contractual commitments.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on contingent workforce topics such as onboarding, worker classification, employee relations, immigration and visa types, payroll, and assignment completion procedures.
  • Use sound judgment in employee relations situations and coach client managers to reduce risk and improve collaboration.
  • Address contractor or supplier performance concerns and work toward timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal and cross-functional teams to keep operations running efficiently.
  • Build working knowledge of client VMS/HRIS platforms and troubleshoot complex issues related to payroll, billing, and employee records.
  • Keep VMS records accurate and complete at all times.
  • Track project spending, conduct quality calls to collect worker feedback, and help ensure work stays on schedule and within budget where applicable.
  • Handle projects and ad hoc reports as needed.
