Data Entry Clerk - Entry Level - Remote

About the Role

CodeVertex Innovations is looking for an entry-level Data Entry Clerk to help with information handling, record maintenance, documentation, and organized remote administrative support.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with routine workflows, recordkeeping, and coordination across teams.
• Keep documentation accurate and internal records well organized.
• Share updates, questions, and progress clearly with relevant stakeholders.
• Handle sensitive business, customer, employee, or financial information responsibly when needed.
• Help ensure remote work is dependable, orderly, and accurate.

Required Qualifications

• Careful attention to detail, dependable communication, and a reliable work style.
• Comfort with remote work and the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks through to completion.
• Ability to operate effectively in a structured corporate environment.
• Experience or capability in accurately managing documents, records, or operational work.
• Strong organizational ability and practical problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background supporting remote teams or document-heavy processes.
• Experience in administrative, operational, customer support, HR, finance, or analytical support functions.
• Ability to maintain precision while handling recurring tasks and internal systems.

Work Environment

• This is a remote position for applicants based in the United States.
• The role is full-time.
