In this position, you will steer growth, strengthen operations, advance product direction, improve customer outcomes, and build long-term value for a business that supports enterprise, government, defense, and critical infrastructure clients across the globe.

The role calls for a leader with strong command of security operations, network detection and response, SIEM, threat detection and response, threat intelligence, digital forensics, and security analytics. You should be comfortable working with organizations that operate in highly regulated, mission-critical, and security-sensitive environments, including on-premises, hybrid, cloud, and air-gapped deployments.

To succeed here, you will need a mix of strategic thinking, operational discipline, technical depth, and commercial leadership, along with a demonstrated history of growing cybersecurity businesses and delivering profitable results.

Strategic Leadership

  • Create and drive the organization’s long-term strategy and growth roadmap.
  • Increase revenue, improve profitability, strengthen customer loyalty, and open new market opportunities.
  • Track changes in threat activity, market movement, competition, and new technologies to shape business direction.
  • Build the company’s standing in security operations, threat detection, network security, and cyber defense.
  • Lead strategic initiatives that deepen the company’s reach in enterprise, government, defense, and critical infrastructure segments.

Product and Technology Leadership

  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver cybersecurity products that keep pace with evolving threats.
  • Maintain strong leadership across solutions for SIEM, NDR, XDR, threat hunting, threat intelligence, DFIR, security analytics, and SOC operations.
  • Support customers using cloud, hybrid, on-premises, and air-gapped environments.
  • Advance modernization efforts while continuing to support mission-critical deployments.
  • Stay deeply informed on advanced persistent threats, nation-state activity, ransomware, insider threats, and emerging attack methods.
  • Lead teams delivering software and appliance-based cybersecurity offerings, including the operational realities of hardware lifecycle management and supply chain planning.

Commercial Leadership

  • Direct global sales, customer success, channel, alliance, and professional services functions.
  • Build strong relationships with CISOs, CIOs, security operations leaders, government bodies, defense organizations, and strategic partners.
  • Grow recurring revenue and increase retention and expansion opportunities.
  • Support key customer meetings, executive presentations, and major deal pursuits.
  • Expand business across enterprise, public sector, federal, defense, and critical infrastructure accounts.

Operational Excellence

  • Guide international teams across product management, engineering, sales, marketing, services, customer success, and operations.
  • Set clear performance measures and accountability across the business.
  • Improve organizational design and operating efficiency to better support company goals.
  • Promote a culture centered on innovation, execution, customer orientation, and accountability.
  • Ensure strong discipline in product delivery, customer support, and service quality.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a trusted executive advisor to customers, employees, and strategic partners.
  • Represent the company at conferences, customer events, analyst meetings, and executive forums.
  • Contribute to partnerships, acquisitions, integrations, and other corporate initiatives.
  • Provide leadership during major cyber incidents, market disruptions, and important industry developments.

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in cybersecurity, enterprise software, and hardware technology environments.
  • Background as a senior executive with significant P&L ownership and accountability for business performance.
  • Proven ability to lead cybersecurity businesses serving enterprise and government customers.
  • Strong knowledge of SOC operations, SIEM platforms, NDR, threat detection and response, threat intelligence, incident response, digital forensics, security analytics, and XDR.
  • Substantial experience commercializing and supporting on-premises cybersecurity platforms in regulated, sovereign, classified, and air-gapped settings.
  • Experience selling complex cybersecurity solutions to large enterprises, government agencies, defense organizations, and critical infrastructure operators.
  • Understanding of businesses that combine software, hardware, and appliance-based security solutions, including delivery, supply chain, and lifecycle support considerations.
  • Proven ability to scale revenue, improve margins, and lead organizational change.

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, analysts, investors, and employees.
