Role overview
This position is for a Customer Support Executive working with SafeGold. The role is centered on helping customers across multiple communication channels and ensuring their issues are fully resolved.
What you will do
- Respond to customer questions and concerns through chat, email, and phone.
- Track each case through to resolution and make sure no issue is left open.
- Work with internal teams whenever cross-functional support is needed.
What the role calls for
- Strong communication ability in both English and Hindi.
- Prior familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
