Role Overview

The organization is looking for energetic, confident professionals in Gurugram to act as the first contact point for customers. The position involves supporting customers over phone-based channels, explaining financial products, and contributing to business growth while delivering a strong service experience.

Job Details

• Work type: Full-time, permanent
• Location: Sector 44, Gurgaon, Haryana
• Compensation: INR 2.67 lakhs to 4.20 lakhs per year, plus unlimited performance incentives
• Eligible qualification: Any graduate

Customer Service Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer queries in a professional and courteous manner through phone communication.
• Support customers from start to finish until their concerns and complaints are resolved.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and help strengthen the brand’s reputation.

Candidate Profile

• Open to candidates with 0 to 4 years of experience; prior customer support experience is helpful but not compulsory.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and active listening ability are essential.
• Confidence in persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling is expected.
• Basic computer knowledge and comfort with standard office software are required.
• The ideal candidate should be quick to learn, self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work well in a team.
