Overview
We are hiring a dependable Customer Service Representative to support customers from a remote setup while being based in Modjeska Canyon, California. The position is a full-time opportunity with an annual pay range of $50,000 to $60,000.
What you will do
- Handle customer questions quickly and in a professional manner across phone, email, and chat.
- Share clear and accurate information about products and services so customers can make informed choices.
- Work through customer concerns efficiently and aim to leave each interaction on a positive note.
- Record customer conversations and resolutions in the CRM for easy future reference.
