EFICYENT is hiring a customer-oriented and self-driven Customer Service Executive to support its remote team in the United Arab Emirates. This position focuses on assisting customers, addressing issues efficiently, and delivering a consistently positive service experience through clear and professional communication.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle customer questions and requests via phone, email, and digital messaging channels
  • Share correct details about products, services, and internal procedures
  • Manage complaints and service concerns in a calm, professional manner

Requirements
