Human Resource and Client Management Intern

About the internship

Arihant Publications is hiring a Human Resource and Client Management Intern to assist with recruitment tasks, keep client relationships running smoothly, and deliver helpful support to partner schools. This role offers practical exposure to HR operations, client coordination, and administrative work in a busy publishing setup.

What you will do

• Support hiring activities by finding suitable candidates, arranging interviews, and carrying out first-round screenings.
• Maintain the client records accurately and keep communications timely and organized.
• Respond to client queries and help resolve issues for school partners.
• Work with the HR team on training coordination and employee development activities.
• Help plan and manage client meetings, presentations, and events.
• Handle routine HR administration such as data entry and document/file management.
• Contribute to additional projects and initiatives assigned to support business goals.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can work full time from the office, are able to begin the internship between 6 June 2026 and 11 July 2026, and can commit for 3 months. Applicants should have relevant skills and a genuine interest in the work. Freshers may also apply.

Stipend

The internship pays ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month.

Additional information

If selected and converted into a permanent employee, the expected annual salary will be ₹2,00,000 to ₹2,40,000.
