Role Overview
The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for strengthening customer relationships, improving satisfaction, and supporting retention across the customer journey. This role also involves identifying opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement, and overall lifecycle performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear, effective communication that supports satisfaction and repeat business.
- Create and execute approaches to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle management.
- Work closely with internal teams to handle complex customer concerns and raise the overall quality of the customer experience.
- Review customer data to spot patterns, growth opportunities, and areas where processes can be improved, then share practical recommendations.

Compensation
The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 4,00,000 to INR 8,00,000.
