Key Responsibilities

• Source new-to-bank current account customers from the assigned catchment area and work on incoming leads.
• Carry out account-opening activity with accuracy and ensure smooth activation and onboarding for customers.
• Support customers in using digital banking services such as mobile banking and internet banking.
• Generate fresh leads through outbound activity within the catchment.
• Deliver on numbers related to new account acquisition and current account float for the sourced customer base.
• Promote and cross-sell asset products such as SEL, SM loans, and LAP, along with third-party products like GI and HI, to newly acquired customers.
