About the Company
Zeroto1 is a social commerce and influencer marketing agency with 76 team members, headquartered in Orange County, California. The agency helps consumer brands at the $100M+ level grow through influencer partnership ads, TikTok Shop management, live shopping, and creator-affiliate communities.
Role Overview
This position is responsible for leading creative strategy across a portfolio of 5 or more brands, with the goal of developing influencer partnership ads that perform strongly.
Creative Research & Strategy
- Identify winning hooks, selling angles, and creative concepts across TikTok, Instagram, and Meta by researching what is already driving engagement and conversions.
- Review client ad accounts as well as competitor accounts to spot gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Align effective angles with each brand’s voice and market position before handing them off for production.
Briefing & Content Direction
- Create clear, high-converting creative briefs that define the hook, angle, format, and call to action.
- Develop content challenge briefs for creator communities to increase the volume of strong organic video submissions.
- Spot organic content that has the potential to be turned into partnership ads and move it into the whitelisting workflow.
Influencer Collaboration
- Partner directly with influencers and creators to produce organic and paid UGC that drives results.
- Provide actionable, detailed feedback so creators can improve content quality with each round.
- Build durable relationships with creators so high-performing talent continues to work with the brand.
Performance & Optimization
- Take ownership of flighted partnership ad performance against ROAS, CAC, click-through rate, thumb stop ratio, and watch time.
- Use creative and motion analytics tools to diagnose why content is underperforming and refine briefs accordingly.
- Share regular performance updates, quickly pause weak concepts, and double down on the ideas that deliver results.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in performance creative strategy, paid social, or influencer marketing.
- Strong ability to develop and brief ads for TikTok, Instagram, and Meta.
- Hands-on experience using motion or creative analytics tools.
- Direct experience working with influencers and creators on both organic and paid content.
- Demonstrated ability to connect creative choices to ROAS, CAC, and click-through rate performance.
- Comfort with reviewing both client and competitor ad accounts to uncover whitespace opportunities.
