Crypto.com is hiring a Creative Project Manager to support the Growth Creative team in delivering complex, high-impact initiatives from start to finish. This role calls for someone with a strong grasp of multiple creative formats, including content production, motion graphics, product design, and key visual development, to help raise the quality bar across growth-focused work. You will oversee and coordinate acquisition advertising, CRM initiatives, and product launch projects. The team is set up to work effectively in a remote-friendly environment.

What you will do

  • Own projects from the initial idea stage through delivery, making sure creative outputs are completed on time and meet quality expectations.
  • Create and manage project schedules, while defining clear milestones, goals, and expectations for everyone involved.
  • Work with channel managers to build the creative review and analysis flow, and ensure KPI requirements are met.
  • Partner with Creative, Acquisitions, CRM, Partnerships, and other Growth teams to keep work aligned with broader business goals.
  • Set up tracking and reporting systems that help improve team productivity and visibility.
  • Coordinate a reliable network of external vendors and handle day-to-day communication with them.
  • Act as the main controller of creative resources, ensuring assets and capacity are used efficiently.
  • Keep project records organized and maintain proper file management.
  • Work with global teams across multiple time zones whenever needed.

What we are looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree in advertising, media, business, or a related discipline.
  • Three to five years of experience in project management or a closely related role.
  • Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities and run several creative campaigns at once while keeping deadlines and KPIs on track.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with experience working across creative teams, growth stakeholders, and outside agencies.
  • A data-oriented approach, including the ability to review campaign results, use insights, run A/B tests, and improve creative performance.
  • Solid understanding of creative strategy and workflow, along with familiarity with performance marketing, user behavior, social trends, and platform best practices.
  • Comfort working in an agile environment and adapting quickly to shifting priorities and tight turnaround times across different channels.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and a results-focused mindset to keep creative work accurate, polished, and platform-ready.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Airtable for task allocation, resource coordination, and delivery tracking.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools, prediction, fintech, crypto, or NFT-related spaces is an added advantage.
  • Basic familiarity with standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and related software is preferred.
  • Digital advertising experience is beneficial, especially with platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, including targeting, formats, and optimization approaches.
