Role overview
Nakery Beauty is looking for a detail-focused, imaginative marketing professional who can move smoothly between planning content and producing polished creative assets. This position supports brand consistency across digital, retail, and partner channels, helping the company build awareness, win new customers, and support profitable growth. The role combines hands-on content and copy support with campaign coordination so that every asset feels cohesive, impactful, and aligned to the target consumer.
About the brand
Nakery Beauty is a clean, clinically backed beauty brand designed for women 50 and above. The brand is currently the top beauty brand on HSN and is expanding quickly through Ulta and other omnichannel retail partners. Its focus is on targeted body care and skincare, paired with messaging that celebrates real skin and real results for an underserved but valuable audience.
Core creative responsibilities
You will produce a wide range of marketing materials, adapt creative for different placements, and help maintain a consistent visual identity across all customer touchpoints. This includes supporting campaign planning, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring that all assets are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time.
- Create marketing and visual assets such as social ads, display ads, ecommerce graphics, product page graphics, TV graphics, email layouts, shelf-talkers, in-store signage, inserts, and event collateral.
- Help translate launch and promotional briefs into campaign concepts, content calendars, and asset lists.
- Resize and repurpose creative for multiple formats and placements.
- Protect and strengthen brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Work with team members to bring integrated campaign ideas to life.
- Review copy and creative carefully to ensure accuracy, clarity, and an appropriate brand voice.
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables with internal stakeholders and outside partners such as designers, agencies, printers, and photographers so launches and campaigns stay on schedule.
- Build reusable templates for presentations and other brand documents.
- Support retailer decks, meetings, and event-related execution.
- Organize, save, and maintain company assets so they are easy to access when needed by internal or external teams.
- Photography ability is considered an advantage.
Marketing and cross-functional support
In addition to design execution, this role supports broader marketing work and serves as a steward of the brand across all customer-facing channels. You will partner with several teams to help campaigns perform well and to keep the brand showing up consistently everywhere it appears.
- Represent the brand consistently and effectively at every customer touchpoint.
- Work across Marketing, Ecommerce, Product Development, Sales, and Retail teams to launch campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and revenue.
- Assist with retailer presentations, sales meetings, new business pitches, and event execution by creating marketing materials and presentations.
- Track marketing activity and content performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute ideas that improve engagement, acquisition, and growth across omnichannel partners.
- Support launch plans, promotional programs, and seasonal marketing activities that raise visibility and sales.
Experience and qualifications
The ideal candidate brings 2 to 5 years of experience in content or design, including at least 2 years in beauty, personal care, or a related consumer category. Experience across direct-to-consumer and retail environments is preferred, especially in channels such as Ulta, Amazon, HSN, or QVC-style shopping networks.
- Comfortable being hands-on creatively while also managing deadlines and timelines.
- Strong visual judgment with an understanding of how text, imagery, and layout work together.
- Able to give constructive feedback and make edits on graphics and design work.
- Highly organized and able to manage several projects at once without missing details.
- Practical experience with channel-specific assets across email/CRM, paid social, search, organic social, and influencer/affiliate marketing.
- Proficient with creative and office tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with retailers such as Ulta, Sephora, specialty beauty accounts, or home shopping networks on trade marketing, promotions, and launch programs is a plus, especially when following retailer-specific guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related area, or equivalent experience.
