Role overview
This position focuses on overseeing a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering a broad range of products and services, and helping grow and retain the corporate business. Success in the role depends on working independently and producing results through personal effort.
Key responsibilities
- Source and approach potential clients for corporate and group insurance offerings using direct outreach, referrals, and other suitable methods.
- Oversee delivery for all contracted clients while sustaining strong working relationships.
- Periodically assess each client’s product mix and suggest improved or additional products that better fit their needs.
- Stay current with market developments and align offerings to customer requirements while supporting long-term growth.
- Develop a healthy sales pipeline, understand prospect requirements, and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Take ownership of business unit sales goals and contribute to revenue growth and market expansion.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients.
- Hold regular discussions with intermediaries and clients to resolve service concerns and strengthen ongoing partnerships.
- Promote high-quality customer service across clients and partners to deliver a consistently positive experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
- Handle the accreditation of intermediaries across the relevant product range.
- Bring new distribution partners on board.
