About the Role
We are looking for a Content Writer to create engaging, search-friendly, and conversion-focused content for a fast-growing HRTech platform. This role involves writing across multiple formats and channels, from in-depth articles to social posts, ad copy, landing pages, emails, and sales materials.
What You’ll Work On
- Research and develop SEO-focused blog articles covering HR, payroll, workforce management, productivity, and SaaS-related topics.
- Create authoritative thought-leadership pieces that strengthen the company’s position in the HRTech space.
- Turn product capabilities such as automated payroll, attendance tracking, and OKR tools into practical guides that are easy to understand.
- Develop content built around high-intent search terms aimed at HR leaders, founders, and operations teams.
- Write social media captions, hooks, and carousel content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and Facebook.
- Script short-form video and reel content that showcases product use cases, customer success stories, and HR insights.
- Adapt messaging for each platform so content performs well on professional and brand-focused channels alike.
- Repurpose long-form content into shorter social-first pieces to extend reach and distribution.
- Write compelling paid ad copy for Google Search, Display, LinkedIn, and Meta campaigns.
- Create multiple versions of headlines, body copy, and calls to action for A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to align messaging with goals such as demo requests, free trials, and sign-ups.
- Draft and update landing pages for product modules such as HRMS, Payroll, ATS, Super Chat, and related offerings.
- Write benefit-led website copy that addresses the needs of HR, finance, and operations decision-makers.
- Improve landing pages for both discoverability and conversion performance.
- Create email journeys for lead nurturing, onboarding, re-engagement, and product launches.
- Write newsletters, promotional campaigns, drip sequences, and outreach templates for the sales team.
- Prepare sales collateral such as one-pagers, brochures, pitch decks, and feature sheets.
- Develop case study narratives and supporting content that highlights customer outcomes like payroll automation and hiring efficiency.
- Produce FAQs, explainer content, and comparison guides to support pre-sales conversations.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or content marketing, ideally within SaaS or B2B technology.
- A strong portfolio showing the ability to write blogs, ads, emails, landing pages, and social content.
- Working knowledge of HR, payroll, or business operations topics, or the ability and willingness to learn them quickly.
- Good understanding of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and search-intent driven writing.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft attention-grabbing hooks, persuasive body copy, and effective calls to action.
- Experience working with product, design, and marketing teams to produce accurate and consistent brand content.
- Ability to manage multiple content priorities, maintain a structured content calendar, and meet deadlines reliably.
- Excellent English writing skills with strong grammar, clarity, and the flexibility to adjust tone for different audiences.
