About the Role
M3 Communications is seeking a Content Producer to oversee the complete lifecycle of video content creation for platforms including LinkedIn, X, and YouTube Shorts. This role requires a creative individual who can manage content from ideation through to performance analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop a weekly schedule of content concepts.
- Craft concise video scripts, typically between 30 and 90 seconds in length.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of video production.
- Perform basic video editing or collaborate effectively with video editors.
- Publish content across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Monitor content performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in producing short-form video content, such as Reels or Shorts.
- Proficiency in writing compelling narratives and strong storytelling abilities.
- Foundational knowledge of video editing techniques.
- A solid grasp of social media dynamics and growth strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Ability to independently generate innovative content ideas.
- Keen understanding of content that resonates and performs well on social media platforms.
- Capacity to manage the entire content creation workflow autonomously.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, onsite position based in the United Kingdom.
