About the Role

kamo is a non-alcoholic functional beer created for athletes and people focused on health. The company is hiring a content creator and short-form video editor who knows what makes social content perform.

This position is based in the Berlin area and offers a mix of remote work with in-person collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, with strong attention to hooks that quickly capture viewers.
• Plan, publish, and manage content across social channels while maintaining ownership of the weekly content schedule.
• Track trends, audience interaction, and content performance to guide future output.
• Work closely with the team on campaigns, events, and paid promotions, including community-focused activations such as cycling races.

Ideal Candidate

• You work naturally with short-form content and know how to build a strong opening before shaping the story.
• You are comfortable using CapCut or Premiere Pro and have practical experience with Canva.
• You bring a proactive, creative mindset and can keep up in a fast-moving startup setting.
• You understand social media, have a sharp visual sense, and can tell stories well; handheld shooting comes naturally to you.
• You are interested in sport, wellness, and digital culture.
• You are self-directed and do not need constant direction to spot emerging trends.
• You are comfortable on camera and can speak confidently.

Bonus Experience

• Background or active involvement in running, cycling, or fitness communities.
• Enjoyment of beer, including non-alcoholic options.
• Experience making your own content.
• Understanding of color work and sound design.
