Construction Manager - Fit-Out

Job Summary

Mobco Group is hiring an experienced Construction Manager with a dedicated background in fit-out and finishing works for a landmark high-rise hospitality development in Diriyah. This position is intended for someone who has deep expertise in luxury interior delivery, finishing execution, and fit-out coordination, along with a strong record of completing premium hospitality environments.

The role is focused entirely on interior construction activities, architectural finishes, MEP coordination during the fit-out stage, and preparing the project for handover. It does not include structural construction responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all fit-out and finishing works across a high-rise hospitality project.
• Oversee interior packages such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, final MEP fixing, and decorative finishing elements.
• Ensure luxury hospitality interiors are delivered to a high-end quality benchmark.
• Coordinate with subcontractors working on fit-out, interior execution, and finishing trades.
• Check that work follows project specifications, sample mock-ups, and approved material requirements.
• Plan and supervise the order of finishing activities alongside final MEP installation works.
• Track site progress and drive completion of all finishing milestones on schedule.
• Carry out inspections and quality checks for finishing-related works.
• Work closely with consultants, designers, and project management teams to maintain design intent.
• Address coordination challenges between architectural finishes and MEP interfaces.
• Handle snagging, de-snagging, testing, and handover preparation.
• Maintain compliance with project safety requirements, quality expectations, and hospitality brand standards.

Qualifications

The position calls for a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, plus at least 17 years of construction experience with a specialization in fit-out and finishing. Candidates must have worked on luxury hospitality projects such as hotels, resorts, or high-end mixed-use developments, and must also have hands-on experience with high-rise interior fit-out execution.

Strong knowledge of interior construction techniques, finishing materials, and the coordination of architectural finishes with final-stage MEP works is essential. The right candidate should also bring proven leadership, planning, and site management capabilities.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience must be centered on fit-out and finishing work; structural construction experience is not needed for this role.
• Prior work on hospitality projects in high-rise settings is compulsory.
• The candidate must be available to join immediately.
• Background in luxury or landmark developments will be considered a strong advantage.
