FlyTheNest, an offline-first data science training institute backed by DeetsDigital, is looking for a Communication Expert to support students in becoming confident, interview-ready professionals. The role is based in Ahmedabad and requires work from the office. The institute focuses on hands-on learning, real-world project work, and building industry-ready talent through a 3-month internship model with DeetsDigital.

About the Organization

FlyTheNest was launched in July 2022 and has already trained more than 200 students. It is powered by DeetsDigital, an AI and data science consulting company that has delivered enterprise solutions to organizations such as IIFL, Adani, Deloitte, Philip Morris International, Fluent, MVDigital, Gupshup, and ideaForge. DeetsDigital has also signed an MoU with IIT Bombay and is working on a specialized AI in Banking program. The founder and CEO, Naveen Gupta, is an IIT Bombay alumnus with over 10 years of experience leading data science, analytics, and AI initiatives at companies including VISA, Standard Chartered, Deloitte, and PwC.

What This Role Is About

This position is focused on helping students move from hesitation to self-assurance. The goal is not to make them sound overly formal or “corporate,” but to help them communicate clearly and confidently in professional settings. The role works especially well with students who speak Hindi, Hinglish, or broken English and need practical guidance to progress toward stronger workplace communication.

Core Responsibilities

• Build confidence in learners who feel insecure about their accent, fluency, or speaking style.
• Teach practical communication skills such as explaining projects, answering HR questions, and managing interview nerves.
• Create easy-to-follow learning modules on workplace English, professional email writing, and LinkedIn profile presence.
• Coordinate with the placement team so coaching matches what interviewers typically expect.
• Conduct mock interviews in English, Hindi, and Hinglish, and gradually guide students toward more polished professional English.

Required Background

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with students from diverse language backgrounds and should understand how to support first-generation English learners or students from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Experience in communication training, soft skills development, learning and development, or campus placement preparation is important. The role calls for someone patient, empathetic, and non-judgmental, who believes confidence is developed through practice and support.

Compensation

The salary offered is a fixed package in the range of ₹4 LPA to ₹6 LPA, along with incentives of ₹2 lakh.
