About the opportunity

LeaderShift Club is creating a peer-led growth ecosystem for leaders and founders in tech and product across Europe. The idea is simple: leadership can feel isolating, so the platform is being built to turn real-world experience into shared learning rather than presentation-style theory.

The community is already active, the core programs are in place, and the business is gaining momentum. The team is now looking for a third co-founder to help turn the initiative into a stronger organisation, support the launch of the PeerCircle program, expand into new EU chapters, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to the development of the company’s own platform.

Role overview

This is not a seat-filling position. The ideal person is a hands-on builder who works quickly, takes ownership, and sees tasks through to completion. The background is anchored in sales and project management, but the role also includes operations, community-building, and content support wherever needed to help the venture grow.

Key ownership areas

  • Manage the sales journey across both B2B and B2C, covering first contact, conversion, and retention.
  • Keep projects and operations moving with strong coordination, structure, and accountability.
  • Shape the member experience, contribute to events, and help grow the community.
  • Support content creation and copywriting across the organization’s channels.

Candidate profile
