Role Overview
Heritage Lifecare is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to join Broadview Lifecare & Village in Whanganui, Manawatū-Whanganui. This is a full-time onsite role for a registered nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a meaningful difference for residents in a warm, supportive environment.
Broadview Lifecare & Village is an 85-bed care home and hospital with a 27-unit village in a rural setting. The service operates across four levels of care, including psychogeriatric care, offering a varied environment and strong learning opportunities. The team is diverse, welcoming, and united by a shared commitment to compassion and empathy.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the clinical team to deliver excellent care and a positive resident experience.
- Ensure residents receive safe, high-quality support that promotes wellbeing and dignity.
- Build strong working relationships with residents, families, staff, and other key stakeholders.
- Provide effective day-to-day clinical leadership across the service.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and best-practice care delivery.
Skills and Experience
- Current New Zealand Registered Nurse status with a valid practising certificate.
- Experience in aged care is preferred.
- Background in applying best-practice approaches and continuous improvement methods.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal and relationship-building ability.
- Confident leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- Genuine commitment to caring for others.
Working Arrangements
- Based at Broadview Lifecare in Whanganui.
- 40 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday schedule.
