- You collaborate well across multiple teams and functions.
- You have exposure to healthcare and/or clinical trial environments, including familiarity with medical or research terminology, processes, and budgeting.
- You are comfortable learning independently.
- You have at least 3 years of relevant project management experience.
- Clinical research exposure is a plus, though it is not mandatory.
Qualifications

- A master’s degree in a relevant area such as healthcare, life sciences, or project management is preferred but not mandatory.
- You have at least 8 years of experience in clinical project management, ideally in healthcare and with SAS solutions exposure.
- You understand clinical study workflows, regulations, and best practices, including ICH-GCP and FDA requirements.
- You demonstrate strong leadership and people-management ability, with a track record of guiding cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.
- You communicate clearly in both writing and speech and can work effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- You are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and strong at solving problems.
- You can juggle several projects at once, organize priorities well, and stay effective in a fast-paced setting.
- You are comfortable using project management tools such as Microsoft Project or similar software.
- You adapt quickly and work well in an entrepreneurial, rapidly changing startup environment.
