About the Company

VayK is a DTCM-licensed holiday home management business overseeing an expanding set of homes and apartments in Palm Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai, JVC, and Dubai Marina. As the portfolio grows, the company is hiring a Client Relations Manager to look after property owners once they have been onboarded.

This role is focused on retaining owners through strong communication, practical problem-solving, and a genuine interest in how their investment is performing. The Business Development team brings owners in; this position is responsible for keeping those relationships strong.

Role Overview

You will serve as the main contact for a portfolio of property owners after onboarding. Your job is to keep them updated, respond quickly to concerns, and resolve issues before they become reasons for dissatisfaction or churn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the primary relationship owner for a set portfolio of property owners.
  • Share regular updates on performance and revenue, and flag risks or opportunities early.
  • Address owner questions, complaints, and escalations in a prompt and professional way.
  • Work with operations and property management teams to solve maintenance, housekeeping, and booking-related issues that affect owners.
  • Support retention by building trust and ensuring owners feel well looked after.
  • Identify chances to upsell extra properties or additional services within your portfolio.
  • Conduct recurring check-ins and account reviews with owners.
  • Collect owner feedback and pass it into internal processes and improvements.
  • Maintain complete and current communication records in the CRM.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in client relationship management, account management, customer success, hospitality, or real estate. You should be confident speaking and writing in English, with Arabic, Russian, or French considered an added advantage.

You need to stay composed when handling unhappy clients, be highly organized, and be comfortable managing multiple live accounts at once. Familiarity with Dubai's short-term rental or property management space is helpful but not mandatory. Experience using CRM systems and account health reporting tools is also important.
