Main duties

• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to keep areas tidy.
• Dust furniture and other surfaces as needed.
• Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
• Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• Clean and disinfect elevators.
• Collect, track, and report lost-and-found items.
• Share basic information about the facility with customers or visitors.
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
• Wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
• Respond to customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.

Safety and screening

• Must be bondable.
• Criminal record check is required.

Transportation

• Own transportation is necessary.

Working conditions and physical demands

• Fast-paced work environment.
• Physically demanding tasks.
• Frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
• Extended periods of standing.

Schedule
