Descrizione del lavoro
Overview
This role is part of a project-based AI initiative where subject-matter specialists help improve models used by leading technology companies. The work is not a permanent job; instead, contributors are brought in for discrete projects focused on evaluating, testing, and refining AI systems.
Applicants should send a CV in English and include their English proficiency level.
What the work may include
- Review AI-produced auto insurance claim decisions to check whether the outcome is accurate, the coverage interpretation is correct, and the result aligns with regulatory requirements.
- Create FNOL test scenarios that intentionally include contradictions, decoy documents, and outdated paperwork to challenge the agent’s resilience.
- Draft and assess fraud-identification scenarios using structured reason codes such as delayed reporting, a recently purchased policy, or conflicting damage details for SIU referral.
- Develop subrogation scenarios using state-level negligence frameworks, including comparative and contributory rules, and evaluate recovery likelihood.
- Record test cases in a clear format with the correct answers, policy references, and payout calculations.
Candidate profile
This opportunity suits professionals from insurance claims, legal services, or wider financial services backgrounds who are open to part-time project work rather than long-term employment.
Preferred background includes a degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a similar discipline, along with at least 3 years of experience in insurance, claims, legal, or financial services work. Recent or current exposure to claims adjusting or a closely related role is valued.
Applicants should understand auto insurance coverage decisions, state-specific negligence rules, and the practical limits of adjuster authority. Professional certifications such as AIC, CPCU, CIFI, or SCLA are considered a plus, though they are not mandatory when hands-on experience is strong. Strong written English at C1 level or above is expected.
How the engagement works
- Submit an application.
- Complete the qualification step(s).
- Join an assigned project.
- Carry out tasks during active project periods.
- Receive payment for completed work.
Time commitment
During active phases, the estimated workload is about 10 to 20 hours per week. This is only an estimate and is not guaranteed; it applies only while the project is live.
Compensation
Compensation can reach the equivalent of $60 per hour, depending on a contributor’s experience level and working pace. Pay levels may vary across different projects based on scope, complexity, and expertise required.
Important notes
Participation is project-based and non-permanent. Compensation and workload are determined by the specific project.
