Descrizione del lavoro
Overview
This role is part of a project-based AI program that connects subject-matter specialists with tech companies to help test, review, and improve AI systems. It is not a permanent employment position; work is delivered through individual projects.
Selected contributors may work on auto insurance claims scenarios, including checking decision quality, coverage accuracy, and compliance with regulations. The work may also involve creating challenging FNOL cases with conflicting details, decoy documents, and outdated paperwork to assess agent resilience. In addition, contributors may draft and evaluate fraud-screening scenarios using structured reason codes such as late reporting, recently purchased policies, and inconsistent damage to support SIU referral decisions. Another task area includes building subrogation test cases using state-level negligence rules, including comparative and contributory frameworks, and estimating the chance of recovery. Contributors are also expected to write clear test cases with correct answers, supporting policy references, and payout calculations.
What the Client Is Looking For
This opportunity suits professionals from insurance claims, legal services, or wider financial services backgrounds who are open to part-time project work rather than a permanent role. A degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related discipline is preferred. The ideal profile includes at least 3 years of experience in insurance, claims, legal, or financial services, along with current or recent work in claims and adjusting or a closely related function. Familiarity with auto insurance coverage decisions, state-specific negligence rules, and adjuster authority-limit practices is important. Professional credentials such as AIC, CPCU, CIFI, or SCLA are considered a plus, though they are not mandatory when hands-on experience is strong. Strong written English at C1 level or above is also required.
Process and Time Commitment
Applicants should submit a CV in English and include their English proficiency level. The usual flow is: application, qualification checks, project onboarding, task completion, and payment. For this project, active work is expected to take about 10 to 20 hours per week, depending on project needs. This is only an estimate and is not a guaranteed number of hours; it applies only while the project is active.
Compensation
Contributors on this project may earn up to the hourly equivalent of $50, depending on experience and work speed. Pay varies by project based on scope, complexity, and the expertise required.
