City Maintenance Point Security Lead

Role Overview

Jio is looking for a City Maintenance Point Security Lead in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. The role focuses on protecting network infrastructure, enforcing security processes, and coordinating with multiple internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee security for FTTX network assets, including regular patrols, theft investigations, and audits of FTTX nodes.
• Drive implementation of SLP policies and work closely with network and FTTX teams to ensure compliance.
• Monitor ID card compliance, support Jio Mitra engagement, and handle SAS-related project activities.
• Ensure SAS equipment is implemented properly and remains operational.
• Plan and manage the NW SLP budget for the circle.
• Protect 4G network infrastructure through patrols, theft investigations, and site audits across small, medium, and LFL sites.
• Control access across all network locations and coordinate SLP policy execution with NW teams, solpars, and SP teams.

Requirements

• Graduate degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
• Any graduation stream is acceptable.
• Prior experience in fibre operations and maintenance, as well as OSP and infrastructure maintenance, is needed.
• Background in telecom security operations covering ISP/OSP, project rollout, network deployment, and network operations is expected.
• Strong team management, decision-making, analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities are important.
