Role Overview
The Chief Operating Officer will oversee the company’s day-to-day operations and make sure internal processes run efficiently and stay aligned with strategic goals. In this part-time, fully remote position, the selected professional will manage operational planning, track performance and key metrics, and work closely with leadership to improve resources and processes.
The role includes shaping and refining workflows, coordinating between departments, supporting the preparation of operational budgets, and monitoring project progress. It also involves taking part in strategic meetings, preparing management reports, and encouraging a work culture centered on quality, teamwork, and continuous innovation.
Key Qualifications
- Strong background in business planning, including the design and execution of operational and strategic plans.
- Proven experience in operations management, with the ability to streamline processes, oversee resources, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical ability, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance measurement through KPIs.
- Good understanding of finance and budgeting, including support for budget creation and financial forecasting.
