Role overview

Join Kevin Hickman Retirement Village in Christchurch as a Caregiver and play a meaningful part in supporting residents with compassionate day-to-day care. This full-time role is scheduled for Wednesday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

What you will do

  • Build trusted, long-term connections with residents and their families.
  • Deliver care in line with each resident’s personal care plan, with the standard of care you would want for your own loved ones.
  • Use modern tools and the organisation’s dedicated care application, myRyman, in your daily work.
  • Collaborate closely with your teammates and help maintain a positive, supportive work environment.
