Role Overview
GTA Cars, a leading premium car dealership in Dubai, is growing its sales support team and hiring a Call Centre Executive with a strong focus on lead generation. The role is centered on making outbound contact with prospects, identifying qualified leads, and arranging appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential customers through outbound calls and generate new leads.
- Screen incoming inquiries, assess interest, and organize showroom visits or follow-up calls.
- Keep CRM entries current and maintain accurate follow-up records.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are transferred smoothly.
- Consistently work toward daily and weekly goals for outreach and conversion.

Requirements
