About the Role
Dynacare is hiring a Call Attendant for the CannAmm Booking Team. In this role, you will support occupational health appointment scheduling and work closely with internal front-line groups such as MROAs, Client Care, and Collection Site Services. You will be part of a customer-facing team that regularly communicates with company representatives, donors, and collectors.
Employment Details
- Contract full-time position for 14 months
- This is a replacement vacancy
- 2 openings are available
- Work schedule is 37.5 hours per week
- Shifts run Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 7:30 pm EDT
- Saturday rotation is from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm EDT
- Statutory holidays are covered from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EDT

Location and Work Style
This role is remote and may require onsite training if needed. Training is not mandatory onsite, but it may take place in Edmonton, AB or North Bay, ON. The role may be based from Edmonton, AB or Ontario, ON.
Key Responsibilities
You will manage appointment bookings for occupational testing, resolve issues, and keep records accurate and complete. You will communicate professionally with clients and internal teams while ensuring booking processes are followed correctly.
What You Need to Bring
You should have a high school diploma and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment. Strong communication, organization, computer, and data-entry abilities are essential, along with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Working Conditions
This position is work-from-home, with possible onsite training in Edmonton, AB or North Bay, ON if required. The schedule may change and weekend work is expected in order to support clients across different time zones.
