Role overview
This position is for a cafe team member at Chai Point in Hyderabad, Telangana. The role focuses on delivering guest service, maintaining presentation standards, and supporting day-to-day outlet operations.
Guest service and store upkeep
You will be expected to greet every guest in line with company service standards, keep the outlet clean and hygienic throughout the day, and follow the brand’s safety and grooming rules.
Product display and counter standards
A key part of the job is to ensure that products remain properly arranged in the display and counter area so the store always looks organized and presentable.
Order handling and service
The role includes taking chai orders, serving guests quickly and accurately, and responding promptly to any extra requests made by customers.
Cleaning and operational support
You may also be assigned routine cleaning duties as needed or as instructed by the supervisor to help maintain the outlet’s overall standards.
