What you will do

  • Help design and run enablement initiatives including clinics, bootcamps, workshops, and community-focused programmes.
  • Lead interactive learning sessions and workshops for different business functions.
  • Keep learning resources current so they reflect changes in AI tools and working methods.
  • Organise communities of practice, open office hours, and engagement sessions that encourage adoption.
  • Develop clear change stories and communication tailored to different teams and business contexts.
  • Spot barriers to adoption, such as data security concerns or low readiness among people, and escalate them with suggested solutions.
  • Support partnerships with external organisations and training providers to improve capability-building outcomes.
  • Coordinate trainers and subject-matter experts to ensure smooth programme delivery.
  • Monitor programme performance, including participant numbers and satisfaction results.
  • Assist with after-action reviews, impact evaluations, and leadership reporting.
  • Maintain programme data and dashboards to identify trends and useful insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in programme management, learning and development, capability building, or a similar area.
  • Practical exposure to AI productivity tools, such as generative AI applications.
  • Ability to explain AI concepts in a way that works for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills, with experience working with varied stakeholder groups.
  • Highly organised and attentive to detail, with the ability to manage several workstreams and stakeholders at once.
  • A proactive, collaborative team player who takes ownership of outcomes.
  • Curious and adaptable, with an interest in new AI technologies and their business use cases.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment and able to stay resilient and flexible.
  • Exposure to business transformation is preferred.
  • Awareness of Responsible AI principles is an advantage.
  • Experience with change management frameworks such as ADKAR or Prosci, or with agile ways of working, is useful.
  • Ability to work with data and basic analytics to assess programme effectiveness is preferred.
  • Training, facilitation, or project management certifications or hands-on experience, such as Training of Trainers, Agile/Scrum, or PRINCE2, are a plus.
