The Opportunity

Elements is looking for a Business Development Specialist to take ownership of customer relationships and support them through onboarding, adoption, and growth. The role provides a high level of strategic influence and close partnership with founders, sales, and product leadership to help customers unlock long-term value from the platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage customer relationships throughout onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement.
  • Act as a reliable advisor to senior finance stakeholders and operational teams.
  • Spot opportunities to expand usage across workflows, teams, and additional business cases.
  • Turn customer needs and pain points into practical inputs for product improvement.
  • Track account health, address risks early, and help secure renewals.
