About the role

Al Barakat Group Co Ltd. is hiring a Business Development Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to lead growth and expansion initiatives. This role is responsible for steering sales, marketing, and business development activities so the company can meet its strategic objectives and strengthen its market position.

The position focuses on managing core commercial functions through planning, guidance, and oversight of business activities to drive revenue growth, improve market share, and support sustainable expansion across the company’s different business lines.

Business development and sales

  • Design and roll out business development plans that support the company’s growth targets.
  • Create and track short- and long-term sales and marketing plans, ensuring effective execution.
  • Lead improvements in sales and marketing performance to deliver on KPIs and strategic goals.
  • Build key performance indicators, monitor them regularly, and prepare periodic reports for executive management.
  • Study market conditions, analyze competitors, and identify new opportunities for expansion.
