About the Internship
Asia Solutions, a thriving organization specializing in procurement and supply chain solutions, is searching for enthusiastic and dedicated Business Development Interns to promote ReCaho, our SaaS-based business management software, in Bangalore. This position is designed for individuals passionate about technology who enjoy engaging with entrepreneurs and who wish to establish a career in software consulting and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to prospective business clients throughout Bangalore.
- Visit business establishments to understand their workflow and operational needs.
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of ReCaho's software solutions to potential customers.
- Advise clients on software options tailored to their business requirements.
- Develop new business channels through networking and referrals.
- Foster ongoing relationships with customers via regular communication and follow-ups.
- Work closely with implementation and support teams to facilitate seamless onboarding of clients.
- Meet monthly sales targets contributing to company growth.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client meetings, leads, and opportunities using CRM tools.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in Kannada and English communication, both spoken and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation capabilities.
- Confidence in conducting client meetings and software presentations.
- Basic knowledge or keen interest in SaaS, ERP, POS, or related business software.
- Willingness to travel within Bangalore for client engagements.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-focused with good problem-solving aptitude.
- Open to fresh graduates with 0 to 1 year of experience; any graduate is welcome.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging between ₹5000 and ₹10000.
