About the internship
This role is for an energetic business development intern to join the digital marketing sales function at Osumare. The position is suited to freshers who are keen on digital marketing and lead generation, and it involves finding new business opportunities, connecting with prospects, and presenting the company’s branding, website, and digital marketing offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Generate fresh business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Assess client needs and present appropriate digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media, and website marketing.
- Create pitch decks and supporting material for client meetings and proposals.
- Work toward assigned sales goals and ensure targets are met consistently.
- Arrange meetings and coordinate with internal teams for proposals and presentations.
- Develop and nurture relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Study the market to spot new trends and identify potential business opportunities.
- Update CRM records and track follow-ups as well as lead conversions.
- Assist the sales team in meeting monthly and quarterly objectives.
- Handle the full process independently, from the first call to final client onboarding.
- This opportunity is intended for candidates who already have sales exposure in branding, web, or digital marketing services.
- Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets must all be achieved.
Eligibility
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Pune and be able to begin between 25 June 2026 and 30 July 2026. The internship lasts 6 months. Requirements
- Prior sales experience in branding, web, or digital marketing services is preferred.
- Candidates with a graduation, certification, or course in digital marketing will have an advantage.
- Applicants from mass media and communication backgrounds are preferred.
- The ability to complete sales targets is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Digital marketing or SEO certification is mandatory.

Additional information
The stipend includes a fixed component of ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹1,000 to ₹5,000 per month. If converted to a permanent employee, the expected annual salary will be ₹3,60,000 to ₹5,00,000.
